Dr. Nate Wiedrich grew up in Aiken, SC, where he played every sport available to him. He started seeing a chiropractor as a teenager following a football injury. After receiving amazing results in a short time, he quickly shifted his career goals from athletic training to chiropractic. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, Dr. Wiedrich earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Main Campus in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in the summer of 2006. He spent the past ten years owning and operating a practice in his home state of South Carolina. Dr. Wiedrich and his family then moved to the Lindenhurst, IL area to be closer to his wife's family. In April 2018, he opened Optimal Spine Chiropractic, where he continues his passion for helping people by caring for patients of all ages. Dr. Wiedrich has always used a multi-faceted approach to treatment, believing that a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and stabilizing exercises is necessary to truly make changes to the musculoskeletal system. When Dr. Wiedrich is not working, he enjoys sports, traveling, and staying active, but most of all, he cherishes spending time with his wife and five kids.
