What should a new client know about working with you?

I emphasize a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I focus on the interplay between the body, mind, a persons lived experience, and their personal psychology. I have a strong therapeutic interest in background in mindfulness and Buddhist practices. Our initial evaluation will focus on a comprehensive evaluation of the challenges in your life, examining potential aspects of your physical health, your development, and your current lifestyle that may get in the way of your goals. I emphasize a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and priorities. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy referrals, or lifestyle strategies to strengthen overall wellness.
