“What a breath of fresh air! I've worked with 2 dietitians in the past and this was the first time that I've felt like someone really understood my challenges and my food preferences. For the first time in years, my cholesterol and A1C levels are low and I didn't feel like I was punishing for depriving myself. I've since recommended her to my sister, uncle and a work colleague and they all have the same positive experience with her. ”

“She listened attentively and answered my questions/concerns. Helped me develop a reasonable and achievable goal pertaining to my desires. Loved the ease of communication and how I was able to be comfortable and truthful with the things I was doing that weren’t in alignment with where I wanted / needed to be. Thank you for your help!”

I feel so lucky to have Naudia as my Dietitian. She is none judgmental, knowledgeable and is super creative. She helped me find creative ways to meet my goals and provides the right amount of push. It feels like she really cares about my welfare beyond nutrition and encouraged me to target things from a more holistic point of view. She was so easy to talk to.
Naudia was a God sent! She provided really practical approaches and was non judgmental about the things that I was doing. She was able to make connections between my eating patterns and my GI issues. I struggled for years with my nutrition and GI issues and she was able to pinpoint and change things around for me in less than a month!
She taught me how to lower my cholesterol without removing all of my favorite cultural foods. I also learned so many great nutrition tips about general healthy eating and meal prepping along the way.
My first meeting was lovely and I really enjoyed learning and speaking about diet, body image, and nutrition in the way that we did. I am looking forward to our work together!
she was awesome and gave me some great feedback on how to start to better my eating habits. I feel motivated speaking with her and she is the first to not give me generic answers on what I should eat.
