Hello, I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. I earned my Master's in Family Health Nursing from Simmons University. I am fluent in English and Farsi and currently serve the Dulles community at tr? Primary & Urgent Care.
Outside of my professional life, I find solace and relaxation in nature. Hiking, listening to wellness audiobooks, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen are my go-to activities that help me unwind and stay balanced.
I specialize in urgent care dynamics, including treatments for URI, UTI, cellulitis, and ear infections. It was such a great experience! Dr Nas is wonderful and she’s so sweet. She listened to all my issues and had great responses. I’ve been looking for a PCP for years now. She’s worth the hour drive. Highly highly highly recommended. The young man handling the front was very kind.

Unfortunately the NP I was going to see had a family emergency, so the NP I did see did not have a great “bedside manner”. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and despite four separate calls to the office and speaking to someone in their office. It was never sent to the correct pharmacy, so I decided to just give up and drive out of my way to the first pharmacy, and in so doing spent about 40% more than I would at my regular pharmacy. I normally can’t stand people who leave reviews like this, and the first time I went, I had a perfectly regular and fine experience.

This was my annual exam, other than the pap spear. Nothing else was done that is usually done during these appointments. She didn't listen to me, or ask any questions thst I had discussed with the person going over my initial intake. She was cold, in a rush and didn't listen to anything I said.

The only issue I had was that Zoc Doc made it seem like I was seeing an ENT - not the fault of the practice, at all. I was able to get a referral to see an ENT at this appointment, so that was good.

On my first visit I thought it was just a simple Urgent Care. I needed to refill my medicine. I came across a wonderful person Nazaneen Nassiry. I really liked her. She is not like other doctors who don't care. Then I made a second appointment with her.
After the second appointment I made her my primary doctor. I have no idea how to explain her professionalism to clients - but I can say that she really cares about you, kind, good, always smiling. I just like her so much.
Now she is my doctor, she replaced some medicine, I lost weight, my blood pressure returned to normal, and much more.
I highly recommend Nazaneen Nassiry. Just awesome!!!
