About Nazanin Blitshteyn

My personal journey with weight loss has given me a unique perspective on how to best help my clients! Being in their shoes multiple times, I know how important the mindset, skills, and dedication are to overcoming our own personal struggles. I had put on weight during college when I was earning my Bachelor of Science degree. As soon as I made the decision to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I shifted my mindset. Learning about how nutrition can affect your energy levels, immune responses, and general feeling of wellbeing, I felt as if I had discovered a secret to life. I felt free from all of the stress and shame of carrying extra weight. As a working mother of three, I find myself eager to continuously learn about health, nutrition, and weight loss. With each of my pregnancies, I gained about sixty pounds. After carrying a baby, giving birth, and caring for an infant, the task of losing the weight seemed daunting. Using my training, knowledge of nutrition, and determined mindset, I have been able to successfully lose weight five times and most importantly, keep it off! As a RDN, I’m committed to helping others achieve their own weight loss goals. From my experience and education, I create customized plans for each client. I understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. As such, I have designed multiple programs to help people of all ages and capabilities on their journey. My hands on approach is crucial to guiding you to becoming the best version of yourself. With a strong mindset, the right tools, and the best support by your side, anything is possible!
