I had a very good experience with the doctor I scheduled my appointment with and will continue to make appointments with him as I feel he listens to my concerns and does his best to address them appropriately and is open to making adjustments as needed so we can figure out what treatment works the best for me. I highly recommend them.

he is an amazing listener, giving me hope during a hopeless time in my life. he takes as much time to listen and care. i would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their current mental health hurdles.
Verified patientVideo visit
Wouldn’t recommend, too focused on getting you in and out with meds and reads off script with no care if what you’re saying . Lacking empathy, understanding and not trying to help you heal, only cope.

Amazing doctor. Actually takes the time to listen to his patients and truly wants to help them. Very hard to find a such a caring doctor.

Dr. Ndubuisi Okoroafor is a great therapist and an excellent listener. He was very thorough with his initial analysis and diagnosis. He’s kind and makes you feel safe to talk to him about anything. I recommend him to anyone that is going through any mental health struggle.

Dr. Endy was such an amazing listener and was so friendly! I really appreciated how he walked me through potential diagnoses related to my symptoms and explained why certain ones were ruled out based on my answers to his questions, and then of course explained why the diagnosis he was leaning toward seemed most likely based on the information I gave him. It’s important to me (and I’m sure most other patients) that I understand what’s going on with me and not just getting medication. He had a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable from the very first moment to the last. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Please find someone else. I’m a licensed counselor with 10 years experience in the mental health field and this guy is just terrible. Forgot very important details, repeated questions, read off a list, didn’t bother to read my intake paperwork, was completely impersonal, and told me “Medication isn’t always the answer; sometimes we must look to God”. That completely violates ethical standards and it was clear his religious views affected his ability to prescribe objectively. He prescribed a humorously low dose of medication (10mg Strattera) — too low for even young children — and insisted I take it at that dosage for more than a month despite my telling him it was ineffective and asking to titrate up. He insinuated I was drug-seeking even though Strattera isn’t a stimulant and has no abuse potential. Meanwhile, I’d dropped the dosage of my other meds, which left me under-medicated and symptomatic. Needless to say, I switched to a new provider who immediately upped the dosage to 40mg.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Okoroafor and I left feeling very confident in my treatment plan and the fact that I finally felt heard. He's a great communicator and asks very important questions about your history to come up with the best solution. By far the best mental health professional I have seen and I look forward to healing with his support.

Best doctor of psychiatry I have ever had, he actually cares about getting to the root of the problem before prescribing medication. He is easy to talk to and very assuring bedside manner also non judgmental . I feel safe telling him my innermost thoughts.
Came across him by accident and I am so grateful that I did. Fantastic doctor so keen, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and thorough. What he diagnosed me with I’ve never heard of before and he was right on the money the medicine that he suggested I’ve been on a week now and it’s completely changed my life it makes me want to cry I am so grateful?? to Dr. Endy thank you so much!
