About Dr. Neal Deot

**For self-pay/out-of-pocket patients, our rates are $450 for new in-person visits ($250 for new telehealth visits) and $350 for in-person follow-up visits ($150 for telehealth follow-up visits). Prior to all appointment types, please complete the required consent form and provide your payment information so we can confirm your visit. Be sure to upload your insurance details accurately in advance to avoid delays. Please call the office with any questions. ** Dr. Neal Deot is a California native born and raised in the Bay Area. He earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from UCLA, followed by completion of his medical degree from Tulane School of Medicine and Otolaryngology residency training at Upstate Medical University in New York.
