Hi, I’m Dr. Nelly Singh, a board-certified family medicine physician focused on thoughtful, relationship-based care. I completed my medical training in New York's Hudson Valley at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and my family medicine residency at Garnet Health Medical Center. Originally from the Philadelphia area, I graduated from Drexel University and worked in journalism, which is why I take the time to explain things clearly so you feel informed and confident in your care. My approach is holistic and patient-centered, combining evidence-based medicine with a whole-person perspective. To support this, I do not bill insurance—allowing for longer, more meaningful visits and personalized care. *SELF-PAY RATES* $130 for a 45-minute visit $100 for a 30-minute visit I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement or if you're using HSA/FSA funds. At this time, I’m unable to see patients enrolled in Medicare, including Medicare Advantage plans. I look forward to working with you and helping you feel your best!
