I made an appointment. I was told my appointment would be delayed by 30-40 minutes because of the number of walk ins. Normally in other practices, walk ins are seen between appointment times. If walk ins who came in before you are seen before you, then what is the point of an appointment? To be fair, the nice lady in the front was transparent about the delays and was incredibly polite. In addition, once I was placed in a room, I waited additional time. I spent over 2 hours at this facility where the provider did not do a physical examination. Had I known they would not do a physical examination then I would have made a virtual visit. The visit also felt rushed. On a side note, when I say physical examination I mean they did not use a stethoscope, check ears, check throat, etc. This is not my first bad experience with Next Level Care, so I will not be returning to this practice in the future.

I was seen very quickly and the nurse and Dr were both very nice and personable. I felt like my concerns were actually heard and I was cared about. My only complaint is I thought my insurance was listed on the website, but it turned out I had to pay out of pocket- no biggie, it can be back-end filed. I’d go here again.

Wonderful office! The receptionist goes above and beyond to help; even running out to my car to get things I needed!
The Nurse Practitioner, Diamond, is very down to earth, and if I could have her as my upcoming PCP, I'd cancel everything else right now. The nurses and assistants are top notch professionals with a wonderfully welcoming and appropriate sense of humor. I found this place by accident, but I've never even seen an ER with this level of attentiveness and hustle. Diamond and her team have a special place in my heart. Please start a primary care practice!!!!!

I was greeted and checked-in in a timely manner for my scheduled appt. labs were obtained and results reviewed with me by the provider and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. This was all very positive for which I would recommend Next Level Care.
The only negative thing I have to say is, NO one introduced themselves or identified their role in my care. As a retired healthcare provider who ALWAYS introduced myself and level of involvement in anyone’s care, I found it a little disconcerting to have people walk into the exam room “assuming” I knew who and WHAT they were there for.
I’m not one who is in favor of scripted interactions. However, I suggest/recommend a systems improvement by implementing a policy having staff members introducing themselves and their purpose/role. Something along the lines of: “Hello, my name is _____, I’m the MA/RN/NP/PA/MD here to ________(take your vitals, ask you some questions, draw your blood, go over the results of you labs, take care of you)”

The professionalism is top notch along with how clean and prestige the entire clinic was. The provider, Gad was knowledgeable, sympathetic and kind. It was a wonderful experience.

NP Diamond Zimmerman is so kind. I’ve seen her before and was happy to have her treat me again for my allergies. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The staff are super too, from the folks checking me in to the techs taking my vitals. Great place!

Irresponsible. They told they would prescribe an antibiotic and sending it to the listed pharmacy right away , I can pickup the next morning. I waited for days for this to arrive , called the pharmacy, called the doctor’s office only to know they never sent it .

Our visit at Next Level in Cedar Park was great from beginning to end. I made an appointment on our way there so they were expecting us. The lobby, rooms, and xray room were all extremely clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the tech, to the doctor. Our tech, Skye went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable throughout the appointment, explaining everything along the way. Skye is amazing at wrapping a splint too! Natasha was the doctor that day and she was very quick to see us and explain results and share what our next steps should be. I would highly recommend Next Level and if we need urgent care in our future, this is where we will go. They were quick (we were in & out in under an hour for xrays & a splint) and prices were reasonable with our insurance.

This is the best urgent care center I’ve ever been to! It was super clean, the team members were friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was amazing with my 8-year-old son. He felt comfortable and cared for. We were in and out quickly, and I felt confident he got excellent care. Highly recommend this location!

Everything was fine until the end. The doctor gave me device, which I had to pay for, which is basically useless. I was in bad pain, but he told me to take ibuprofen.
I was relieved to know that my bone wasn’t broken, but I ended up with no good solution, and no relief from my considerable pain.

We have had three different occasions to use Next Care; a lower back issue, an ear issue, and a fractured wrist. The staff, always friendly, the doctors are the best. You are never rushed. Do not hesitate to call for an appointment.

The ignorant, rude lady at the desk educating me on what the word consent means when I have 6 degrees is not cool. You should fix your stupid form to reflect a person can walk in without a guardian.
The doctor on the other hand, was amazing.
Hire a different hostess.
