Very easy to book an appointment online, no wait time in the lobby, check in staff was just matter of a fact. Nurse was very professional in getting all my reasons for the visit and checked all my vitals, Dr. Ivan was great in taking time to listen to my concerns and completely check on my symptoms, he was very nice, professional and easy to talk with.
Dr. Ivan prescribed my 4 meds and I am feeling better in just a few days. Total visit time less than an hour.

My charge online was quite higher than I think it should have been. I was feeling too ill and wanted to book the appointment to question. And when I arrived at the office, I noted that the cash payment posted was actually less than what I paid with insurance online.
The staff was AMAZING, however. They really listened and provided great feedback, and even brought up a possible other problem and investigated to ensure it was not something more serious. And all done very efficiently and professionally, while still putting me at east.

I told them what my symptoms were. I got tested for Covid and flu. The nurse practitioner came in the room examined me. Informed me of my test results. She prescribed medication to help my symptoms . The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and gave me written instructions, return to work slip and sent my prescription for Paxlovid to the pharmacy.

Everything was great unlike a normal primary care physician where everyone is stacked on top of each other and everything is rushed.The office staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait and a very short wait time in the room. The doctor was very polite and informative. Hopefully I won’t have to but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great experience at the office and with the staff but the online check in process is terrible. I had to enter my information multiple times and the system would just hang as “processing”. This needs to be addressed, I went through the same issue 1.5 weeks prior and watched other people struggle with the same issue. Ultimately the receptionist had to complete my check-in, online system just wouldn’t work. Friendly staff and great bedside manner just fix check-in system please!

Fast, could have talk about prevention. Over testing, came in for bladder inflammation, NOT COVID OR THE FLUE.What ever the insurance will pay I guess.This was second visit and don't plan on returning. The co-pay is the same as my personal specialist$. Also my prescription was not done correctly. So I had to go back to the Pharmacy again.
