The doctor gets five stars. She was absolutely great. She listened and I felt seen and cared for by her. The overall office experience was four stars, just because I was taken a back with how the medical assistant came into the room, straight away, asking for my name and date of birth, and asking medical information without introducing herself at any point. It just seems like she came to do business, and the bedside manner was not there. The front desk girl was also very friendly. The only thing that was lacking was hippa privacy. I’m uncomfortable being in a medical office and shouting out personal information right down to how much I would be paying for my visit.
The girls were all nice and again the doctor was top notch. But as someone that works in a medical office, the things that I pointed out, were things that stood out to me that felt uncomfortable

Dr Gad was thorough and did a great job explaining the reasoning for type of treatment, as well as discussing specific concerns.
This seems to be a well run office with exceptionally capable personnel.

We were seen promptly and then accurately discharged to go directly to the hospital for the level of care that my daughter needed. They were professional and kind. Previous appointments have always been great as well.

The customer service displayed by the nice lady at the front desk was 5+Stars. The PA ir NP that saw me listened attentively as I described my ailment, was very knowledgeable, and explained what I should do for the next 7-10 days.

Great experience! My first time there and they were very welcoming and friendly and informative. The Dr. was a traveling doc at the time from another clinic and was awesome. The nurse that came in was pretty awesome, as well. Great place. Friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff.

The nurse practitioner did not order the obvious tests I needed. I could get just as much help with over the counter meds. She just wanted to treat my symptoms and not find out the cause.Thankfully, I was able to get into my doctor thenext day.

Super easy to get appt time on line (although they still take walk-ins as well) This was on November 18th - appt at 10:15. Wait was 20/25 minutes or so. Staff was kind and helpful. Med. assistant was thorough and quick asking pertinent questions as well as taking some vitals. I loved the doc/nurse (not sure which she was and didn't catch her name) She asked questions, and listened to answers. She was friendly, knowledgable and had a welcoming smile. Prescribed some medication and I feel better alreadly!! S.L.

The provider had no bedside manner towards children. My son walked out of there terrified about having his “toenail removed” and how much the “3 giant shots were going to hurt”
She said she was going to send in an antibiotic and the prescription was never sent in. We went somewhere else for treatment. This has actually happened multiple times we’ve been there. I don’t think we will go back

No treatment nor any facility/instrument available to diagnoise the pain but still charge full fees which was a complete waste of money. I recommend pls go to the physician or emergency room instead of wasting money at urgent cares. Its just a business and fooling people around to make money on the name of treatment. Beware!

Overall, it was a nice visit, I appreciate the kindness, information, and the medication prescribed. However, my diagnosis is not confirmed because the faculty didn't have the proper imaging technology.

The physician assistant that saw me was nice. She listened and treated me. The poor rating is for the front desk receptionist. She was not very friendly, did not seem to want to be there, and was quite rude.
