The first nurse/radiologist wasn’t the most friendly and kind of quick but everyone else amazing. Hopefully I don’t get a giant bill and hoping I don’t have to be back. If we go though, we’re coming here.”

I had a very good experience at Next Level Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and they listened to what I needed. I was seen quickly and they made sure I received the treatment and medication I needed. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend them

Office staff was friendly. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The nurse was thorough and asked the right questions. The doctor was also very thorough and prescribed me the meds needed based on his diagnosis. I will definitely go back again if in need of an urgent care facility.

I haven’t been to next level for several years because the service was so terrible. I was in a situation where my PCP couldn’t see me and I needed meds asap so I decided to bite the bullet and go with next level. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They seemed genuinely concerned for how terrible I felt. The technician had wonderful bedside manner and was so kind to bring me a blanket. The provider was very nice and thorough but boy she was LOUD. just needed her to tone it down a couple of notches. The only other hiccup was that not all of my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy so I had to call and have them resubmit but they were responsive and did it in a timely manner.
