I came here after my doctor recommended visiting an urgent care, and I’m so glad I did. The entire process was seamless. I was able to book my appointment online and complete all the paperwork from the comfort of my home. The receptionist was very friendly and ensured I was seen in a timely manner. The PA I saw was courteous, friendly, and had excellent bedside manner. Although they weren’t able to treat my condition and had to refer me to the emergency room, I still felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit.

I loved everyone that worked there but didn't like some of their procedures. They made me handle all of the check in on an ipad (including photographing my insurance card!) and they did NOT do a urine culture so I may be taking the wrong antibiotics and they only prescribed 5 days of antibiotics which my regular doctor said is too few. I actually heard someone at the front desk who still had a UTI because he'd only gotten 5 days of antibiotics too.

I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to drive far to see Dr. I found Next urgent nearby my location. I’m happy that I did. I was able to book online. Lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Check in didn’t take long. Didn’t wait long. The NP and nurse were both friendly and took their time to listen to me. Didn’t feel rushed. My visit was quick. I’ll definitely go back.

Thanks for listening and acknowledging all my concerns before offering a treatment plan. My situation was a bit complicated, but the PA covered all the current symptoms and provided a plan to address immediate needs. She provided a solution (if needed) for any additional complications which may arise in the future. I liked the attention to detail and understanding of what had transpired in the past 72 hours.

Online sign in and document upload was easy and made for a quicker visit I think. The staff was fast and efficient, and the facility was so clean. The doctor was friendly and so helpful, I felt heard with my medical concerns and my need to get medication for my respiratory issues as soon as possible. My prescriptions were called in right away, I was able to pick them up within 30 minutes. I’m so glad that I found an urgent care clinic that got me in and out fast while also making sure all of my concerns were addressed.

Appointments are timely. All the staff are friendly. Will definitely be my place to go for urgent issues. I was glad they recommended an IV as I was dehydrated from my illness and unable to keep anything drinking regularly. I highly recommend to go to them.

The office was very clean with comfortable seating in the waiting room, the lighting was nice and not like the sterile hospital lightning. Just felt a bit more welcoming! I went in for an earache that I thought was an infection, but we were able to flush my ear out and I got relief that day! They assured me they would do what we needed to ensure I felt better, and they did. Front desk employee was so kind and attentive, the person who took my vitals was very sweet and gentle, and the doctor was patient, listened to me, and checked on me throughout the procedures. I will most definitely come back here if another issue arises!

Went during the holidays and the doctor was seeing two patients at once but the wait time was fast in between sessions. Got a quick diagnosis and picked up my prescription. Had to call back a week later and get a different antibiotic which truly solved my illness. Not really personable staff, but that's ok.
