The only negative was that they didn’t have the appropriate size of shoe ( to protect my broken toe)to fit me properly, but they gave a different type of shoe/boot and that worked just as well .”

I was in Pain the nurse listen to my issues. The Dr went over & beyond to figure out what was going on with me. My pain was from my front to my back in different areas. I thought I had infection & Dr took xray to find out I had kidney stones.They help me get out of pain. I’d highly recommend them.

Top notch. Used th3bonline apt booking. It went flawless and was able to get next day time I wanted. The offi e was very close to my house. The staff registered me and got me into the exam.room right at my appt time, and the wait time in the exam room was next to nothing. The nurse practitioner was caring, efficient, friendly , professional and kind. I was in and out quickly, but she was thorough and complete in diagnosing me. Totally satisfied with my experience.

Next Level is just that NEXT LEVEL! Warm friendly staff and great doctors. I was seen and the doctor was very tentative in listening to my medical concerns. She provided me options on what would better help my situation. Ai was treated and meds called in to my pharmacy and then released. I will definitely be back.

I did feel like I was listened to. The doctor assumed my pain was not something worth looking at. No examinations done except for a birth test I requested. The only thing the lady kept telling me over and over again was she could nothing for me and I would need to see my primary care doctor. That she could not do anything about my pain and that my blood pressure was normal, even after I stated I had some high level reads and she said that is wasnt really high.
She did not let me speak or even make any other type of inquiry and stormed off.
Surprisingly she seemed to be very attentive to my husband's concerns but not mine. She would ask him follow up questions, while she shut mine down completely.
I would like a refund back as I felt it was more of a waste of time.

Everyone was pretty knowledgeable. I felt heard and my questions were answered during and after my appointment. I am glad the doctor looked at the x-ray images and not just the x-ray technician. The nurse was very kind and resourceful also!
When Walgreens stated the meds prescribed were out of stock, the front desk operator jumped right on it and was able to send the prescription to another nearby Walgreens.
The operator I spoke to when scheduling a follow up visit was kind and helpful also!
