She believes that effective mental healthcare begins with truly listening. Nezha takes time to understand each patient’s unique concerns, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported. I provide culturally responsive, compassionate, and evidence-based care by thoughtfully integrating psychotherapy and medication management to support both mental wellness and overall well-being. My clinical experience includes treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, OCD, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
With a deep commitment to compassion and clinical excellence, I strive to build a trusting, collaborative partnership that supports meaningful progress and lasting recovery.

Starting care can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that the intake process is designed to be simple, supportive, and comfortable. We’ll begin by completing the necessary paperwork together, reviewing insurance options, discussing practice policies, and answering any questions you may have so you feel fully informed and at ease.
During your initial evaluation, I take time to truly get to know you. We’ll talk in depth about your medical and mental health history, your current symptoms, and any concerns that brought you in. This is a safe space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together, we’ll explore possible diagnoses and discuss treatment options that feel right for you.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. We will create a personalized care plan tailored to your needs, goals, and values. I believe healing happens through trust, open communication, and partnership — and your well-being will always be my highest priority.
