“I have struggled with anxiety and depression for a very long time in my life. I’ve seen several different therapists that were ok but Nezah is by far the best therapist I’ve had, for real. She has been very responsive when I’m in need, knowledgeable about my condition, treatment and finding the right medications to help. She always makes herself available. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re struggling and looking for someone who cares, understands and knows how to help you. Thank you, Nezah!!”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that caring for your mental health is a powerful act of self-love. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that empowers you to thrive. I provide culturally responsive, compassionate, and evidence-based care by thoughtfully integrating psychotherapy and medication management to support both mental wellness and overall well-being. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting care can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that the intake process is designed to be simple, supportive, and comfortable. We’ll begin by completing the necessary paperwork together, reviewing insurance options, discussing practice policies, and answering any questions you may have so you feel fully informed and at ease. During your initial evaluation, I take time to truly get to know you. We’ll talk in depth about your medical and mental health history, your current symptoms, and any concerns that brought you in. This is a safe space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together, we’ll explore possible diagnoses and discuss treatment options that feel right for you. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. We will create a personalized care plan tailored to your needs, goals, and values. I believe healing happens through trust, open communication, and partnership — and your well-being will always be my highest priority.
