About Ngoc Loan Tong

Loan Tong, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is originally from Vietnam and immigrated to Nebraska with her family in 1996. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse, Loan was committed to advancing her career and pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating in 2023. Her passion for healthcare began in childhood, as she often served as the translator for her family during medical appointments. This experience inspired her to become a healthcare provider and dedicate herself to helping others lead healthier lives.

The problem was that they did not inform me that the appointment was cancelled. Before that, I received information about the appointment a few days before. At the time when nursing explained to me that the appointment was canceled, she could have called me and informed me that I was not wasting my time. Life happens to all of us, not only doctors, but respect should be shown.
