Everything was great and thorough, but the nurses aren't trained on how to communicate procedures very well. One was struggling for words to describe the ANS test and the other nurse did not tell me what the EKG procedure entailed and yanked up my shirt halfway up my chest for the EKG without any warning or explanation. It was a little jarring and would have been no problem if she first told me about it

First time visiting a physical and sinus infection. Was called in right away. Had a great experience. I was seen by Ms. Nguyen and she was great. Listened to my concerns and made recommendations. This practice has a patient portal, and it's easy to make appointments, something I appreciate. The practice I left was lacking in a lot of areas, and I'm happy with this clinic so far.
