What should a new client know about working with you?

I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe being themselves. I believe mental health care works best when clients feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely understood, so I strive to be easy to talk to and approachable while still providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. My goal is to build a collaborative relationship where clients can openly discuss their concerns, ask questions, and feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically begin with a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether I am the right fit for each client. If appropriate, we then schedule a full intake appointment, which includes a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and diagnostic evaluation. Follow-up appointments are typically 30–45 minutes in length, with visit frequency influenced by each individual’s clinical needs, including medication initiation, dosage adjustments, symptom severity, and overall treatment progress.
