After his time at U Health System, he worked for an outpatient clinic dedicated to research and emerging mental health treatments. In the clinic setting, he has treated patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics with conditions including depression, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Dr. Baston takes a holistic and personalized approach informed by evidence-based practice to address patients' concerns. He finds this approach helps create a safe atmosphere for change and supports patients in their journey.
