I approached the appointment with some caution as he was my third opinion doctor in a possible revision surgery. From the beginning, I felt as though I had the space to share my story and concerns. The office was very cleaned and big. The staff was friendly. The Primary Care Doctor and Doctor Nicholas were great communicators and listeners. Dr. Casscells referred me to a 'vascular' doctor, as it may be my nerve from my back that causes swelling, pain, tingling, and numbness in my legs and ankle. The wait time was less than 30minutes, as I got there 30mins early and was in the back with the doctor's a total of 20mins.

The office experience was great. The Zocdoc and Medstar experience has been awful. I get questions and updates from multiple emails asking a bunch of questions with multiple URLs some of which I don't know, at the very least have one central login system.
Also the amount of times I'm asked for feedback is very annoying.

I love this place. Very accessible by public transportation. I feel so taken care of from the time I walk into the office until I leave. Very little wait time to be seen by the doctor once you check-in. The staff is warm and welcoming. The place is always clean as well as the restrooms. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

I've waited over an hour every time I have seen this doctor. He's very friendly and answers questions. The foot surgery has not turned out as well as expected and I might have to have another surgical procedure to make a further correction.
