About Dr. Nicholas DiScala

Dr. Discala is a fellowship-trained Podiatric Surgeon and Wound Care Specialist with advanced expertise in diabetic limb salvage, wound management, and forefoot surgery. His training, combined with a compassionate, patient-first approach, makes him a valuable asset to both our patients and referring providers. Dr. Discala completed his 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency at Northwell Health: Huntington Hospital, where he later also completed a 2-year fellowship in wound care and advanced limb preservation. His clinical strengths include the management of complex diabetic foot conditions, surgical reconstruction, sports injuries, and general foot and ankle pathologies. Dr. Discala was born and raised right here in Huntington and is proud to now be raising his two children in the same community. His strong ties to the area, combined with his skill and compassionate approach, make him a valuable addition to our team and a trusted resource for your patients.
