By using a combination of therapy and medicine management, Nicholas provides high-quality, person-centered, holistic care for adults with a variety of mental health needs. Nicholas specializes in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to help patients better understand their values, the triggers of their symptoms and strategies to improve their quality of life. Nicholas is a competitive combat sports athlete and is experienced offering mental health care for individuals needing help with performance anxiety and help developing resilience to their unique stressors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Currently, Nich is pursuing outpatient telemedicine services only, with a plan to offer other in-person services in the future. Nicholas creates a calm, supportive environment for his patients, allowing them to express their symptoms, fears, current stressors, and goals of treatment. Nicholas would love the opportunity to discuss your current mental health needs and treatment options.
