“This is a great office and a great group of people working here. Dr. Pritchard was a very personable guy. I've not seen many different Doctors in my 31 years, but I have had a few "less than desirable" experiences. Not here though.
I was seen at my scheduled appointment time and got a good explanation of what I had going on (clogged salivary duct). Now we are in the process of what to do next.

“He’s a highly intelligent and skilled doctor. Very fast. In and out. Little wait time. He has an excellent staff. When I didn’t understand my diagnosis he took the extra time to patiently explain it to me seated to make me feel like I wasn’t just a number and he wasn’t rushing me. I appreciated that even though I know he was busy. Easily booked online. All paperwork online. And pricing was extremely clear. Overall a great experience.”

Appointments related to hearing issues, clogged sensations in the ears, or ringing may require an audio exam in addition to the MD visit. These appointments must be scheduled directly with our office to properly evaluate your concerns.
As part of our contract with insurance companies, we are legally required to collect any co-pays or deductibles at the time of service. Please be prepared to pay your copay at check-in before seeing our providers.

I was satisfied: This particular provider strikes me as being competent, adequately communicative and thorough.
Some of the support staff may have areas of opportunity for improvement (in my opinion), however.

I've never met an ENT I liked as good as my children's ENT in Jacksonville, FL, Dr Wahl until now. Dr Pritchard was thorough, explained to me what the next steps were and the medication and treatment we will be trying.
His staff was quick to get me in, there was minimal wait from the waiting room, to the technician asking questions, to the doctor coming in shortly after.

It was very cold in their office, there staff was also cold. I saw the doctor but he seemed distracted and in a hurry to get me out of there. I was told that someone would call me to schedule my procedure but that hasn’t happened!

Would recommend Dr Pritchard, extremely grateful he had the opening within one week. Drove well over an hour to reach Dr Pritchard office and worth every minute. Dr Pritchard recognized the situation and got me in immediately to audio testing, returned with next steps, ordered tests and appointments before leaving the office.
