They provide helpful recommendations for my daily at home routine, and the office is fully equipped with everything needed for a recovery, from ice packs and electrodes to compression leg equipment. I highly recommend this practice because the entire team is so professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They follow up consistently and accommodate even the most difficult schedules. I followed Dr. Nick from his previous office. I go in for full spine adjustments about once every 2/3 weeks due to sitting all day and it is always a pleasure! He makes the experience fun and humorous, while taking the time to listen to what's going on in your body. His new location is absolutely stunning and located near my work which is convenient. Dr. Nick is the best!!! He is so kind, really listens to his patients, and is such a skilled chiropractor. He can read me like a book. Once he asked me if I was chewing mostly on one side of my mouth (I was due to a bad tooth) just by feeling my neck muscles. He is also very funny and enjoyable to be around. I have been a patient of Dr Riccio’s at his previous offices and this office is by far the best! I already knew that I was in good hands with Dr Riccio but some of his past offices were not as well organized and lacked ambiance. This is the nicest office of any of my Doctors lol! It’s a very welcoming environment, it’s clean, smells amazing and the lighting is great (I sometimes get migraines and it can be triggered by harsh fluorescent lights). He has much more availability now that he can focus on his own patients and does his own schedule. The location is near Herald Square and one block from Penn Station. I’m so happy he has his own space, small details matter and I can tell he put a lot of thought into how patients would feel about coming here. I 10/10 recommend Vas Health and Wellness. His partner Dr Cosey is lovely and I know I’ll be in good hands when Dr Riccio is away.

Dr Raccio and his colleague Dr Watins were very nice. They both listened to my concerns patiently and took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. They were both skillful at spine adjustment and I could hear the clicking sounds of my joints loosening up after each manipulation. I felt a considerable improvement thanks to their treatment after only three to four visits. They also consistently asked me for feedback based on how I felt after each treatment, which made me feel that they genuinely cared. Highly recommended!

The visit was fantastic, usually chiros have a difficult time adjusting my back, but Dr. Riccio was like a magician and was able to adjust my back imediately. I m very happy with that.

Dr. Riccio is very thoughtful and had great bed manners. I went into the clinic for my lower back pain, and with his great care my lower back felt so much better. Also, PT were very helpful with manuals and exercises.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Riccio enough! I came in for overall tightness and back pain and received STIM electric massage treatment, massage therapy and a chiropractic adjustment. Will be back again next week.
