About Dr. Nicholas Wingate

Dr. Nicholas Wingate is the founder of Wingate Plastic Surgery, a luxury plastic surgery practice in Pennsylvania specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. A native of Chester County, Pennsylvania, he earned his B.A. in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University before attending Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. During medical school, Dr. Wingate was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS), a national organization that recognizes physicians who demonstrate excellence in compassionate, patient-centered care and exemplify the human connection in medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Wingate completed an integrated residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Strong Memorial Hospital. During his residency, he received the Resident Research Award and served as Chief Resident. Outside of his practice, Dr. Wingate enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Together, they enjoy skiing, wakeboarding, golfing, fishing, and making the most of their time outdoors.
