I’m a Board Certified PMHNP at Mindful Care whose passion for psychiatry was sparked by a mentor who shared the life-changing impact of this work. During my inpatient rotation at Putnam Hospital, I helped manage conditions including MDD, GAD, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and Bipolar disorder—and quickly discovered how rewarding this field could be. I believe in patient autonomy and collaborative care, and my goal is to support each individual in living their best life—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
