I was greeted right away and made to feel comfortable.
Brett was great at prepping me for the visit and Dr Serevino was very thorough with the process and steps he would take to ensure I would see improvement long term.
Dr Serevino made the right recommendations and offered realistic time frames for recovery and healing. There was no unwarranted sales pitches to services that wouldn’t benefit me.

Great experience and first consult, Dr. Severino was open and honest and concerned more for my health than making money. He advised me to see my Dr as my blood pressure was a high and said it would be unethical to treat me in that condition. He gave me great advice and did not charge me for the consultation, once I am cleared from my Dr. I will be going back. Great staff and location as well.

I have really enjoyed my time at Aligned modern health, and seen much improvement in my shoulder to allow me to return to what I love, lifting heavy weights. Dr. Severino and Brett have been awesome in my weekly visits and I have learned so much in my appointments there. I look forward to rehab very much and enjoy giving an hour of my day, I always leave in a good mood.

Dr. Severeno is an excellent practitioner who is a resource of knowledge! I have been working with him and his team over this past year addressing different conditions, and everyone is supportive and attentive in helping with recovery. I highly recommend his services. He has a gentle bedside manner and is easy to converse with. I am very appreciative of the progress that has been made thus far.

I see him monthly and have never waited longer than a few minutes, if I'm not brought back immediately. I haven't had any major back or other issues since starting these monthly adjustments, even with an increased level of activity.

Dr. Severino is very easy to talk with and very concerned about one's whole health. He suggested using valerian root for a sore shoulder and it worked. He also is very conscientious of other issues and adapts so you can benefit regardless of any ailment.

Dr. Severino is awesome. My teenage son and I both had back and neck issues, and he worked with us over two separate periods of re-injury. He is efficient, respectful of your time, and really knows what he is doing. He was able to assess each of our needs quickly, and worked with the rehab PT on site at Aligned Modern Health to get us both back in working order. He is also very easy to work with, always positive and smiling, makes good conversation, and respects your privacy in a small setting. I would recommend him to anyone needing chiropractic care.

He truly cares for his patient’s and their progress. He addresses your issues with also teaching you exercises to do at home. he has even emailed me just to check in to see how I’m feeling. It is refreshing to have a practitioner that sees you as a person and not just a number.

Dr. Severino cares about his patients. He listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to help provide solutions. He has helped me learn exercises to do at home to help my hip issues. He also follows up in emails to see how I am doing. It is refreshing to find a practitioner that sees you as a person and not a number.

Dr. Nick has done a great job making my lower back pain go away. My pain was so intense when I first started to see him that it would wake me up at night. After a few weeks of working with him, and some techniques he offered me to do at home, I am pain free. I still see him once a month to keep me aligned. Would recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain.

I have been going to Aligned Modern Health for the past 8 months and it has been a fantastic experience. I have been to chiropractic care in the past but never with the full treatment experience. The adjustment by Dr. Nick tailed with the training exercises by Brett have made me feel the best I have in the last 10 years. I have the right plan instilled from them for the next 20 years. I highly recommend them.

I always enjoy going to the Park Ridge office for treatment! Such an easy place to get to with the parking garage under the street level. Would recommend coming into see Dr. Severino!
