My goal is to help you live as a healthy individual in the context of your community. Let's work together to achieve your own health and wellness goals by providing you with inclusive and evidence-based clinical advice and guidance. My areas of specialized interest include LGBTQ+ care, HIV and PrEP management, sports medicine, men's health, and performing minor procedures, especially those that protect a person's reproductive and sexual health. How I stay healthy and happy: I enjoy the lifelong pursuit of self-improvement and learning. I find joy in traveling, learning languages, and experiencing nature.
