I didn’t feel comfortable during my visit because she didn’t really come off as warm, approachable, or friendly. As soon as she walked in- no smile, or hand shake… and just went straight to asking me questions from the computer. Maybe she was having an off day? But otherwise- I got what I needed from my appointment and appreciated her time.

I was so happy with my visit, I had all of my concerns and then some addressed and did not feel rushed in the slightest when I was explaining things like I have been in the last. Everyone in the office also made me feel very comfortable which I appreciate cause I am usually pretty anxious about going for any kind of doctors appointments.

Dr. Mitchell was fantastic! I had some concerns that she immediately addressed with fervor and care. Her team is so friendly & detail-oriented. I felt completely safe in her care and she’s definitely one of the best doctors I’ve been to.

Very uncomfortable experience. Booked with an NP because I expected good bedside manner. She had a "don't care" attitude. I waited in the exam room for 20 minutes for her to come in for an early morning appointment. Spent too long on the exam. Unlike prior positive experiences I've had with a doctor. Will go back to seeing a doctor in the future. Avoid.

Nicole was great, it was a super busy overbooked/ understaffed Friday. I'm not sure if that's normal, or something happened that caused a shortage. The wait was longer than I would've liked because I knew I would be in/out relatively quick. When it took over an hour I was disappointed, but Nicole was nice understanding and helpful leaning towards a more holistic home approach. She still ran a culture to see if an anything else would be needed to clear up my issue. Waiting on the test results.
