Dr. Pensak is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York, New Jersey, and over 40 states under PSYPACT, with training in evidence-based therapy, CBT, and ERP. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University. She treats adults and adolescents with many conditions, including anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, and coping with illness. Dr. Pensak is certified in postpartum mental health and supports new mothers experiencing postpartum anxiety, depression, and the many challenges that arise with new motherhood. She is the author of *RATTLED: How to Calm New Mom Anxiety with the Power of the Postpartum Brain* and serves on the Expert Review Board for Parents magazine.
