I meet my patients with compassion and non-judgment, sitting with them as we collaboratively explore their relationships, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe that even your most difficult, painful, challenging, embarrassing, or shameful experiences should be held in a safe environment and processed. I aim to meet my patients with unconditional positive regard. I specialize in treating trauma and women’s health. I am trained in numerous evidence-based psychotherapies such as EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and find ways to merge the worlds of psychology and yoga healing, with somatic therapies. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. Please let me know what you are looking for, what insurance you hold (if any), and if you prefer teletherapy or in-person sessions.
