Nicole Barnick, MS, RDN

Dietitian
MI
Nicole's interest in nutrition began as a multi-sport athlete throughout high school and college. Her training and over a decade of experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy enable her to support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, thyroid disease, and more, as well as the prevention of these disease states and overall wellness. Nicole is very passionate about guiding clients to meet their health goals-whether it's managing disease, seeking expertise in prevention, achieving optimal wellness, or reaching an athletic achievement. She believes that all individuals deserve access to sound nutritional care, delivered with an empathetic approach from a qualified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. One of her favorite aspects of nutrition is that it's not “one size fits all.” She enjoys navigating each client's unique journey through a personalized functional nutrition approach. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food/Nutrition and Dietetics from Concordia College, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and a Master of Science in Health & Human Performance from the University of Montana. Following these educational achievements, she completed her dietetic internship at Utah State University. Additionally, she holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the CDR. When not counseling clients, you can find Nicole out in the mountains running, hiking, skiing, camping, or mountain biking.
