Nicole is wonderful! Very personable and attentive. I was originally slated to see a different provider but was referred to Nicole when provider #1 called in sick. I'd spent some time looking at reviews before making my original selection, so the pivot left me a little uneasy and unsure of what to expect. As it turns out, my stress was completely unwarranted - Nicole provided a judgement-free space to discuss my medical history and current needs. Going above and beyond, she also made sure she was able to send my prescription(s) to my desired pharmacy before ending my virtual appointment, completely unbidden. I couldn't imagine having a more positive experience with a new provider and feel lucky to have ended up in Nicole's welcoming and capable hands. I plan to continue seeing her for as long as she'll have me, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who instills confidence without making her patients feel judged or ignored!
