“The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my foot. She had a plan and I probably waited too long to go in. I had to have an injection and got fitted for custom inserts for my shoes. I will say that as awful as an injection is to have my foot feels better than when I went in. Very hopeful my workout Saturday will go better this week!”

It was a little odd and maybe that's how a podiatrist appt is. I saw the PA I believe first and she put on gloves asked me questions had me remove my shoes and socks and I explained the problem and she had me move my foot but never actually touched the foot. Then the dr came in and went through the same process even as I had a specific question and was told to gove it time and we will look again at my.follow up appointment. I just found it odd but like I said maybe that's how it is at a foot dr.

The only negative was that the web portal for pre-appointment paperwork was not functional, so I had to fill out all the paperwork in person. Other than that, the human beings I dealt with were very kind and clear about everything. Dr. Baxter immediately diagnosed my infected toenail, talked me through the process of numbing (painful!), and the removed the nail within about three or four minutes, left clear instructions. She and her assistants were vocally supportive and encouraging and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!

Dr. Baxter listened to my concerns, gave me her recommended course of treatment, and provided me (my feet) with outstanding care and compassion. I was so happy she was able to help me today.
