Getting to know Dr. Nicole Beaubrun
I am a Licensed Professional Psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with clients from various walks of life, beginning at ages 18 and older who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, and relationship and emotional difficulties. No matter the reason for seeking mental health care, whether to learn how to better handle stress or to improve your relationships with family and friends. Taking the first step is very difficult and I congratulate you!
What should a new client know about working with you?
To put it simply, my approach to providing care is to create a safe environment. In practice, this means using strategies from various styles of psychotherapy--including cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based, and others--to help guide you towards your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During our work together, you will be able to express yourself in a safe, non-judgmental space. As a psychiatrist Nurse Practitioner, I seek to collaborate with my clients and help them establish goals that they want to work on over the course of the treatment.

I have met with other doctors/ therapists and did not connect with them like I do with Dr. Nicole Beaubrun. She is professional, humble, easy to talk to, and makes me laugh on top of all of that. I look forward to my sessions with her and feel she has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend others see her.
