About Nicole Brooks
Our functional medicine consultation fee is $297 cash pay. We are not contracted with insurance, but we can provide documentation to submit to your health plan to assist you with claims upon request.
A $75 no-show fee may apply to missed appointments without appropriate notice.
To ensure your provider can deliver a personalized and comprehensive evaluation, all patients are required to complete an intake health assessment and submit payment prior to the consultation visit. You will receive an email invitation from Heal 2 Wellness to complete this process after booking your appointment.
We provide evidence-informed functional medicine care focused on identifying and addressing root causes of chronic symptoms, including digestive and gut health concerns, hormone imbalance, fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, and post-cancer treatment recovery support. Our approach emphasizes personalized care plans designed to support healing, optimize wellness, and improve overall quality of life.

It was a pleasure being treated by Nicole. The location was easy to find and the ascetics was clean, welcoming and very appealing. There are no wait times. Her treatment room felt like a very safe space to express and explore my thoughts and concerns. She is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I felt very confident in her expertise. The overall experience was a 10/10 for me. I 100% recommend Nicole to everyone I can and I will return to see her continuously.
