New clients should know that I prioritize creating a comfortable, safe, and accepting environment from the very first session. I approach each individual without judgment and with genuine care for their personal story. Clients can expect professional, friendly, and empathetic communication that respects their unique experiences and emotions. My core belief is that healing begins with acceptance and active listening. I am committed to providing inclusive care and proudly welcome individuals from all walks of life, including those within the LGBTQ+ community.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, but in other states, I am able to prescribe after a thorough assessment and evaluation to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.

My process is client-centered and collaborative. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I work with each client to develop a personalized plan that suits their specific needs and circumstances. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges, my goal is to provide steady support while fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and safety. Throughout our work together, I aim to nurture confidence, self-acceptance, and resilience, helping clients to grow and find a new way of living.

I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly a schedule was made available. Finding a professional is usually for me a hurdle race of disappointment. Ms. Nicole is easy to talk to and she actively listens and when I was most desperate she threw me a lifeline.
I am a 57 year old woman in menopause with major depressive disorder. I have many struggles and new goals. Ms. Nicole is assisting well to my plight and I am confident together we will find the right recipe for success. Thank you for your gentle and compassionate care.

I felt completely at ease. made the experience feel more like talking to a friend than a formal appointment. She was warm, patient, and genuinely listened without any judgment. It’s rare to find a provider who makes you feel so comfortable being honest and vulnerable, especially when it comes to personal or mental health concerns. I left the appointment feeling understood, supported, and hopeful—something I haven’t felt after a doctor’s visit in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a safe and compassionate space but i love to say she doesn’t sugarcoat anything and she’s straight to the point. i can’t wait for my next appointment.
