I have been practicing in mental health for 4 years. I help all ages who are struggling with their mental health through medication management. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I initially thought it would be helpful to go through this provider after struggling to find others who either didn’t accept my insurance or had no openings. I was told I would get my medications, and the day after she said she sent the prescription to the pharmacy, I was unexpectedly dropped as a client. The reason given was that “she does not specialize in the type of care I am seeking.”
However, this wasn’t mentioned when she confirmed she sent my prescription, and I had already explained that I understood she wasn’t a therapist — I was simply looking for someone to prescribe my medication while I continued searching for a therapist. I really needed those medications soon, especially with my school schedule, and now I have to start the process all over again after feeling like I finally found someone who could help. It’s been incredibly frustrating and disheartening.
