About Nicole Glick

Hi, my name is Nikki Glick, Registered Dietitian and founder of Gut Well. Almost 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with IBS and struggled with debilitating symptoms (yep, you know the ones—gas, bloating, distention, diarrhea AND constipation) for years. I was prescribed antibiotics, tried countless dietary interventions, and saw doctor after doctor without any success. Sound familiar? It wasn't until 3 years after my initial IBS diagnosis that I was diagnosed with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). From that point on, I finally began a treatment plan personalized to fit my needs and started to find relief. While finding personal digestive relief was a major triumph, I knew I couldn't keep this to myself. I wanted to help others who were struggling with their own chronic digestive disorders and symptoms. This is what led me to pursue my Master's Degree in Health Promotion Science, become a Registered Dietitian, and open a private practice geared directly toward those struggling with these conditions. And thus, Gut Well was born! Now, through dietary, lifestyle, and stress management techniques, I continue to manage my IBS symptoms and help others along their unique digestive journeys.
