I continue to learn through curiosity about plants and herbalism which I use in my kitchen to create new and interesting food and medicines. I enjoy the outdoors in all seasons with snowshoeing, running, hiking and walking my rescued French Bulldog, Hazel. I feel that being part of a community helps to build community.
