About Nicole Havlik
Nicole is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. After sessions with Nicole, you can expect to feel empowered to make food choices that make you feel your best. You will gain a better understanding about how food and nutrition work in the body. Nicole excels at assisting clients with goal setting and providing clients with tools to achieve their goals. Nicole has a non-diet approach and emphasizes the importance of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size. Nicole enjoys working with all clients and has two years of experience working with eating disorders and disordered eating. Nicole has a background in sports and a passion sports nutrition to help athletes fuel for their workouts and recovery. Nicole was a cheerleader at the University of Minnesota for 4 years. When she is not busy watching college football, she enjoys riding her bike or roller blades and also relaxing with her two Persian cats. Nicole chose this profession to help people heal their relationships with food and body as well as dismantle diet culture myths.
