I specialize in supporting people struggling with anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, chronic stress, adjusting to life changes, trauma exposure/PTSD, gender and sexual orientation identity issues, and multicultural stress. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and am certified in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and attachment-based family therapy. I provide both long-term trauma-focused treatment and brief solution-focused treatment, depending on client needs and situations. Currently, I work with adolescents, adults, and families. I look forward to assisting you in gaining the skills and understanding necessary to make sustainable changes for yourself and your loved ones.
