Nicole is committed to delivering exceptional care in medical and surgical dermatology, as well as cosmetic procedures. Nicole’s expertise spans a wide range of dermatological services, including the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, skin cancer prevention and management, and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.
Nicole earned her Associate and Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing from Indian River State College before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. She spent a year shadowing and learning from Dr. Schiff and Anna Iskandar, PA, and immediately knew she wanted to join the dedicated team at Water’s Edge. Her professional approach emphasizes compassionate care, patient education, and the highest standards of clinical excellence in dermatology.
Outside of work, Nicole cherishes time with her family. She is a proud firefighter wife and mom to three young children including a set of twins. She is also an advocate for community involvement and previously served as a Compress and Shock Instructor, providing free CPR and AED training to empower her local community.

The office and nursing staff are friendly and courteous. PA, Nicole was knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. She did not rush and took the time to get to know me on a personal level as well as answer my questions. She made sure the procedure was the least painful as possible and it was. I would recommend her to friends and family.
