About Nicole Kyriakos
PLEASE NOTE: As a practice we discourage same day appointment cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hour notice so we can fill up your cancelled appointment to care for another patient that may need it.
We are a primary care office and only see patients ages 18 and over. We are NOT AN OB-GYN office. We do pap smears but do not perform GYN exam.
Nicole Kyriakos has over 25 years of experience in Internal Medicine. After obtaining her BS degree in Biology and psychology from University of Maryland she graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Howard University in Washington D.C. In addition to Internal Medicine she also has experience working in the Mental Health field.
She loves working closely with her patients trying to individualize each treatment plan to fit their needs. In her spare time, Nicole likes cooking and socializing.

Nicole was great!!! I had a 1245 appointment, and the door was locked, which made me 10 minutes late. When I mentioned that I was early, I was given an excuse that lunch ran late. I definitely didn't want to hear that.

This provider is my primary doctor and I like her but the staff sucks they are rude they do not know what they are doing I waited 40 minutes before being seen I was told they were not aware I was an established patient since I had booked online thought Zocdoc and I book online because getting through the phone is a nightmare they have you on hold for a long time so this is what I was told that my appointment was being pushed back because of this they actually skip me and checked in someone else before me mind you it was a full waiting room and they were having a staff meeting the management was very unprofessional towards the employees they were stating all of these things that were not being done right for patients so makes me think that things are being missed and not checked for patients I will not be going back to that place I will look for someone else now I have also seen the owner of this practice Dr Arun and she was very unpleasant.

I booked the appointment online through ZocDoc and requested that the office confirm via email or text, rather than a phone call. They refuse to do so because they use old software. Same with test results. I got a call from a staffer who doesn't speak clearly when I have access to the Healow app. PrimeCare are extremely disrespectful of patients' time and preferred communication methods, and I will likely be looking for a new provider.
Nicole Kyriakos, the physician assistant, is awesome and I would happily keep seeing her if the practice wasn't so patient-unfriendly.

The physician and the assistant was very nice. I was disappointed when they kept on asking me what type of appointment I wanted after five stated a few times that I wanted a well woman visit, and during my visit the position just walked out I had to remind her to give me a breast exam just gave me some weird excuse why she walked out there just apologizing and doing what she needed to do. It wasn’t terrible, but it left a lot to be desired.

Both Nicole and Nancy were great during my first visit today. Easy and quick pap appointment. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. If I didn’t have such a good rapport with my current PCP of many years, I’d come to see Nicole for my primary care needs.

I scheduled my appointment online and I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was able to fill out all of my paperwork online so when I showed up at the office all I had to do was check in. The provider was friendly, listened to my concerns and assessed me fairly quickly. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy before I left my appointment. I would see her again.
