Nicole Nichols, PMHNP

Among her most rewarding positions were serving as a community mental health complex case manager for people diagnosed with severe mental illness and multiple chronic healthcare conditions, and supporting an outpatient substance abuse disorder clinic.
When not practicing, Nicole enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She loves crafting, listening to music, laughing, watching movies and stand-up comedy, traveling, softball, genealogy, astronomy, and spending time outdoors. Nicole embraces warm weather and makes the best of Michigan winters by skiing, ice fishing, and dreaming of summer.

Provider walked into the building 15 min after my appt started and never once introduced herself even though I was a new patient. Had no idea what I was there for. Front desk staff openly talked about other patients. I will let everyone know not to use this practice.
