“First of all , all of the staff members are so kind. Felt so welcomed. You do wait a little bit but not to long. Nicole is so nice and sweet so glad I picked the right doctor. I have a hard time really opening up but I felt comfortable talking to her. She explained everything clearly. Definitely will be my doctor from now on. i believe her name was donna, called me to confirm and let me know what i needed to do to prepare for my appointment. she was super nice and super helpful. when i arrived young lady at the desk was friendly and help me get set up, i filled some papers out and was called for my appointment on or close to scheduled time. girl that did blood pressure, weight, etc. was also very nice. waited just a few more minutes and nicole came in. i have some anxiety issues when it comes to doctors so let me tell you finding a new placce to go had me extra anxious, the minute she walked in and introduced herself i automatically felt at ease. so nice, down to earth, very easy to talk to. felt very comfortable with her and the way she asked questions and felt like she was really listening when i spoke to her and asked questions. overall an easy comfortable experience. already changed on my insurance to primary and have a follow appointment already scheduled.

Very smooth process overall, and that’s as someone who has terrible anxiety. Helpful front desk, lovely PA’s and the Doctor herself went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. 10/10 experience as a first time patient.

Nicole was okay but the office has rules that make it clear they are there to make money. I was curious about my blood test results and called about a week and a half after my appointment about them. The receptionist said they do not give blood test results over the phone, and you must make another appointment. I was able to log into my insurance account and find the lab, then found my results there. My results were totally normal, so I would’ve had to pay another copay just for them to tell me yep you’re good! I have never been to a doctor that refuses to give test results over the phone especially when they don’t come back abnormal. It seems shady to me. If Nicole were to move to a different practice I would consider seeing her again, but I won’t be going back to this office.
