It was a very thorough & efficient visit! Front desk processed me quickly. Dr. Malek was very friendly and attentive. She listened to my concerns and provided referrals to more specialized issues. Lab services also got my bloodwork done within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend to others.

I need to find a new doctor who was covered by my insurance, and picked Dr. Malek after reading other good reviews. I went for an annual checkup, and the whole experience was very easy and pleasant. She had a great bedside manner and was a good listener. The only thing that gave me pause - and this is not a reflection on her at all - is that the Amita Health System is Catholic-run and will only prescribe birth control for medically necessary reasons (like bad cramps). I mentioned my medically necessary reason for wanting birth control unprompted, and Dr. Malek indicated she had no problem continuing to write me a prescription for it. Overall happy with my visit and will be continuing to see Dr. Malek.

Was need of a new doctor and Dr. Malek was great. In the past I've often felt like appointments were so brief, but Dr. Malek was thorough and took the time to talk through and explain any recommendations, rather than just being in and out of the room quickly.

I almost don’t want to leave this review in fear that everyone will discover this gem of a woman and make it hard for me to book an appointment but Dr. Malek truly is special. She took so much time to talk through my health history and figure out how to accomplish some of the goals that I have going forward. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a doctor. She genuinely cares. Cannot day enough good things about her!

Dr. Malek is awesome! I'm scared of doctors, so I avoid going to them unless absolutely necessary, and she was calm and reassuring about everything. She also spent a bunch of time with me as a new patient and listened to everything I had to say. Just a great experience overall.
