Hi, I'm Nicole Naglich, FPA PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My practice is focused on psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, postpartum mental health concerns, and other behavioral health challenges. I believe medication management works best when it is a collaborative process. My role is to provide education, recommendations, and clinical expertise while working with patients to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, symptoms, and lifestyle. I encourage open communication and want patients to feel comfortable discussing what is and is not working so we can make informed decisions together. I have extensive experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and those navigating major life stressors, relationship challenges, parenting demands, and mood symptoms. My approach is practical, transparent, and focused on helping patients achieve meaningful improvement in their daily functioning and overall quality of life. While I may incorporate brief supportive interventions and education during appointments, my primary focus is medication management rather than ongoing psychotherapy. Patients who would benefit from more intensive therapy are encouraged to work with a licensed therapist as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
