“If you're looking for a therapist who is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in her patients, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I've been seeing her for several years, and the impact she's had on my life has been truly life-changing. She's helped me work through social anxiety, profound grief and loss, unhealthy thought patterns, and become a stronger, healthier person. She asks the right questions, offers practical tools, and helps you see things from new perspectives, fighting me through my decision making process. I always leave feeling understood, hopeful, and better equipped to face life's challenges. She also recognized that my medication wasn't the right fit and thoughtfully adjusted my treatment. I feel better than I have in years. Her compassion, knowledge, and genuine care have changed my life. If you're wondering whether the right therapist can make a difference, my experience is proof that they absolutely can.”
