What should a new client know about working with you?

I am experienced in working with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and PTSD. During our initial session, we will assess the issues that are distressing you and together we will create a plan for addressing your concerns. A gradual improvement of symptoms is usually seen within the first 3 to 6 weeks of treatment.
